01. About these Terms

These Terms apply when you visit the Resell2Gain store, place an order, or contact us about a purchase. In these Terms, “Resell2Gain,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Resell2Gain store and its operator.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store.

02. Product listings

Each listing describes what is included, how delivery works, and any important region, compatibility, access, or duration restrictions. Review the listing before purchasing and contact us if you need clarification.

We will not describe a product as “lifetime,” “guaranteed,” “fully verified,” or “official” unless the description is accurate. A “lifetime” claim must be explained on the listing and does not automatically mean the lifetime of a third-party platform or service.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Resell2Gain is not affiliated with or endorsed by a third party unless a listing clearly says so and that statement is accurate.

03. Orders and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any fees or taxes charged at checkout should be displayed before you submit payment.

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may review an order if information is missing or a payment provider flags it for review. We will not ask you to send passwords, full card numbers, security codes, or SSNs through Discord or email.

04. Digital delivery

Unless a listing says otherwise, products are delivered digitally and no physical item will be shipped. The listing or checkout describes the delivery method and any delivery estimate. See the Shipping Policy for details.

If an order does not arrive within the stated estimate, contact us with your order number. We will review the order and work to complete delivery or provide an appropriate remedy if we cannot fulfill it.

05. Warranty and replacements

Each product’s warranty period and coverage are stated on its listing. The warranty begins at the time described on the listing, generally when delivery is completed.

If an item is missing, incorrect, or fails during its stated warranty period, contact us with your order number, item name, and a description of the issue. We may ask for a relevant screenshot or other reasonable evidence. Redact passwords, full payment details, and unrelated personal information.

If we confirm that an issue is covered, we will provide the remedy stated on the listing or in the Refund Policy. Depending on the product and availability, this may include troubleshooting, correcting delivery, replacing the affected item, or refunding it. Replacement coverage is not included unless the listing says it is.

06. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing the listing and checking that a product suits your location, device, and intended use. You must follow applicable laws and the relevant third-party service’s terms when using a product.

Do not use the store to commit fraud, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with store systems, or evade a third-party service’s security measures.

07. Third-party services

Some products depend on a third-party platform, payment provider, or service. Those providers may have their own terms, eligibility rules, restrictions, and outages. We cannot promise that a third party will continue to operate a service or maintain a specific feature.

This does not remove our responsibility to deliver what the listing promised or any rights you have under applicable law.

08. Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel an order or if something is wrong. Refunds and replacements are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes remedies required by law for an undelivered, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product.

09. Store information and availability

Descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Changes do not alter the terms that applied to an order already completed, except where required by law or agreed with you.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Resell2Gain is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The version in effect when you place an order generally applies to that order.
