Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your email address, your order details and the payment status of the order. If you create a customer account we also store the information needed to run it, such as your login method and preferences. If you contact support we keep the messages you send us. Like most websites, we and our service providers also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, send receipts and order emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the store secure, understand how the store is used so we can improve it, and meet legal obligations. We only use your email address to contact you about your orders and your account.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address only to send store updates, new drops and offers. This is separate from your order emails and is based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by asking us on Discord, and we will stop sending them.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. They collect and handle your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive only the information needed to confirm your order, such as whether payment succeeded.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store, such as our store and delivery platform, payment providers, email delivery services and analytics providers, and only as much as they need to do their job.
