01. Scope

This Policy applies to orders placed through the Resell2Gain store. Any product-specific warranty shown on the listing at the time of purchase is part of this Policy.

02. Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the delivery estimate shown at checkout or on the listing, contact us with your order number. We will check the payment and delivery status.

If we cannot deliver the item you paid for, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy, which may include completing delivery, providing a replacement where available, or refunding the affected item.

03. Incorrect or nonworking items

If an item is incorrect or does not work as described, contact us during the warranty period shown on the listing. Include:

• Your order number or invoice.
• The name of the item purchased.
• A short explanation of the problem.
• A relevant screenshot or other evidence, if available.

For payment evidence, show only what is needed to identify the transaction. Hide passwords, full card or bank details, security codes, SSNs, and unrelated personal information.

04. Review and remedies

We will review the order and evidence you provide. If we confirm that the issue is covered by the listing’s warranty, we will provide the remedy stated there. Depending on the product and availability, this may include troubleshooting, correcting delivery, replacing the affected item, or refunding it.

If a replacement is unavailable or cannot resolve a confirmed issue, we will review a refund for the affected item. A replacement is not included unless the listing says it is.

05. Warranty limits

Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by misuse or unauthorized changes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If a product depends on a third-party service that changes or becomes unavailable, contact us so we can assess whether the product still matches its listing and warranty.

All current product listings include a 30-day warranty starting when delivery is completed. The listing defines coverage and remedies; any longer period stated there takes precedence. “Lifetime” does not automatically mean the lifetime of a third-party platform or service.

06. Change-of-mind requests

A change-of-mind request after delivery may not qualify under this store’s voluntary refund policy. This does not remove legal rights that apply to your purchase, including rights relating to non-delivery, incorrect items, or products that materially differ from their description.

07. How to contact us
